dc.description.abstract The baseline trajectory for the Cassini mission to Saturn is an Oct. 1997 VVEJGA (Venus-Venus-Earth-Jupiter-Gravity-Assist) trajectory. The current choice for an arrival date, June 25, 2004, provides a rare Phoebe flyby opportunity. The goal of this analysis is to determine the optimal feasible trajectory for any launch/arrival date combination. en_US
