dc.description.abstract The Microwave Limb Sounder (MLS) on the Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite (UARS) has provided measurements of O3, H2O, CIO, SO2, HNO3, temperature and pressure in Earth's atmosphere. These measurements are made near-globally both dat and night and are not degraded by the presence of aerosols, cirrus or polar sratospheric clouds. en_US
