dc.description.abstract The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) has acquired terabytes of valuable data which need to be archived and effectively distributed to the entire nuclear weapons effects community and others...This paper describes the DARE (Data Archival and Retrieval Enhancement) metadata model and explains how it is used as a source for generating HyperText Markup Language (HTML)or Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) documents for access through web browsers such as Netscape. en_US
